Shop policy

1. No refunds after an order has been made

- Please ensure that your order made is final, as I will not offer refunds unless I have accidentally oversold a product to you

2. Not liable for lost shipment if your address is wrong

- If the tracking updates 'item undeliverable', it is due to an incorrect address submitted (insufficient address/place does not exist); I will not be liable for the undeliverable mail due to the mistake on your part and cannot offer refunds for that

3. Shipment is taking very long to arrive

- Registered mails offering tracking and usually guarantee delivery to the customer. However, if you notice that your mail has been delivered to your country, but stuck at the destination post there for over a month, please call your local post office and enquire about it with the tracking number given

1. What currency is your shop in now?

SGD- Singapore dollars!

2. What is a GO and why should I join one?

I have GOs (group orders) for some countries;  people join a GO to share shipping with other buyers, and it usually makes shipping fees lower rather than buying individually. But, there's 2nd payment (domestic shipping fees) for the GOM to mail the package to you so keep that in mind while calculating the difference in costs between purchasing directly from my shop/ordering through a GO! :)
